At Gaia our greatest asset is our team of selfless caregivers – our teachers and support staff.
Our team possesses a loving, nurturing and encouraging attitude towards all our children. They come with years of invaluable experience and expertise in early childhood and preschool education and many of them have been associated with Gaia for over a decade now. Further, coming from different cultures and backgrounds they bring in enormous diversity to the curriculum.
Irrespective of the role they play, both our teachers and support staff are committed to providing the utmost love and care to our children. In fact, all Gaia team members are lovingly called “Didi” by our children, with no differentiation in their role, designation or seniority.
